Adult Classes

At Studio 5.6.7.8 Inc. we offer a variety of adult dance. All classes offered are for ages 18 and up.

Adult Ballet

Did you dance when you were young and would love to get back into it? Or did you wish you had taken Ballet but didn’t get the chance? Well it’s never too late! Ballet is a low impact fun way to get in shape!

This class fills fast. Registrations on a first come first serve basis

Adult Ballet Schedule

Age: 18 and Up
Cost: $59.89 per month
Classes Begin: September 2021
Day and Time: Wednesdays 8:00 – 9:00 pm

Attire: Ballet slippers are required. Dancewear is recommended but not required for this class. Leotards can be layered with jazz pants or tops for comfort.

Adult Pointe

This class is an intermediate level

Adult Pointe Schedule

Age: 18 and Up
Cost: $59.89
Classes Begin: September 2021
Day and Time: Mondays 8:30 – 9:15 pm

Adult Tap

The Beginner Adult Tap class will consist of technique and basic choreography. In this class, students will learn to execute the steps properly and make music with their feet. This class is designed for the beginner and will progress according to the needs of the class. Tap will help to increase fitness, strength, flexibility and coordination. Mental and muscle memory will also improve as choreography is completed.

Attire: Comfortable clothing ( leggings or sweatpants & t-shirt ) and tap shoes
