Welcome to Studio 5.6.7.8 Inc.

We are committed to providing the highest quality dance instruction for children aged two and over. Our classes are taught by qualified instructors who love children and love to teach. We offer classes for both recreational and competitive students in the following disciplines: Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Acrobatics, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Musical Theatre, Little Leapers & Kinder Leapers, Aerial Hoop, and Voice Lessons.

Through training and encouragement we teach our students self-expression, confidence and creativity. We are dedicated to the students we teach and to their growth and development as dancers and as individuals.

2024-25 registration is still open!

Our season runs from September to June with an exciting Year-End Recital at the Sanderson Centre.

Studio 5.6.7.8 Inc. offers recreational, adult and competitive classes for students in many disciplines: Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Acrobatics, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Musical Theatre & more.

An Aerial Hoop is a circular steel ring suspended from an overhead point in the air from which a performer can spin, swing and demonstrate skills of great flexibility, strength and grace.

Our vocal lessons are taught by an experienced instructor who has a passion for singing and performing. Our instructor will cater each lesson to your ability and level and encourage you to learn at your own pace.

My oldest daughter started at Studio 5678 when she was 2 years old and now almost six years later, we have two Studio 5.6.7.8 dancers in the family. I couldn’t imagine them dancing anywhere else! From the teachers to the students and parents, there is a real sense of community when you walk through the studio doors, which sets it aside from other dance studios. We are so grateful to Mrs. Caroline, Miss Jenna and all of the Studio 5.6.7.8 instructors for continually providing our children with an amazing dance education. Our daughters learn more than just dance steps here; they learn teamwork, patience, persistence, and confidence. Most importantly, they always have fun!

I grew up in the theatre. I completed a Performing Arts program focusing primarily in acting. I never really spent time in dance. After college, dreams of being famous fell by the wayside as I started a career, family and adulting. After dealing with some health issues and, like everyone else, a global pandemic, I decided it was time to take back my life. I lost a good amount of weight, got my health back in top condition and decided I wanted to learn how to tap dance at age 47. The staff and teachers at Studio 5.6.7.8 welcomed me with open arms and encouraged me to live up to my potential. Within 6 months, I was back on stage, reliving my glory days. Now I am registered for both tap and ballet and then maybe some vocal lessons. I would recommend this school to anyone and everyone who has an interest in dance, the arts, exercise and health.
